Wow... So I now have a nice pretty 18 gague surgical steel ring in my right ear rim.

I feel like a moron... no, not for any reasons you might think.... I spent FIVE YEARS freaking out over weather I could handle this. I wore a little clip on ring in the place I wished I had a hole all that time... all because I was afraid of pain and healing.
